In 2017, I traveled to [wiki]Rishikesh[/wiki], India to attend a 30 day residential 200hr [wiki]Kundalini Yoga[/wiki] teacher training at the Nada School of Yoga. Although that was my fourth trip to India, it was the longest I’d ever stayed there. The experience was life changing, and being around so many amazing, healthy people for 30 days was one of the best experiences of my life.
