Saying that the subject of [wiki]Kundalini[/wiki] is fascinating is probably the understatement of the year.
I like this definition which is provided by the Emerging Science foundation: “kundalini (ku̇n-də-ˈlē-nē) n. 1. The biological basis of all forms of spiritual experience, religion, genius, and higher consciousness. 2. The evolutionary energy residing in the human body.”
I studied the subject at the Nada School in Rishikesh in 2017, and have been fascinated with the subject for most of my life.
